Cancellations: Services canceled 48 hours or more in advance will be fully refunded.

Short-Notice Cancellations: Services canceled less than 48 hours before a scheduled visit may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days. We will review and, if appropriate, provide a partial or full refund.

Non-Refundable Services: One-time services already performed cannot be refunded.
