By booking Arizona Home Sitting services, you agree to the following terms:
Services Provided: Arizona Home Sitting offers home watch, house sitting, and estate management services as described on our website.
Scheduling & Access: Clients must provide accurate property access details (keys, codes, gate entry). Missed or delayed visits caused by incorrect access details are the responsibility of the client.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Recurring plans are billed in advance.
Cancellation & Refunds: See Refund Policy below.
Liability: Arizona Home Sitting is insured and bonded. Our role is to monitor, document, and report property conditions. We are not responsible for damage or loss outside of scheduled visits or beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, utility failures).
Termination: Either party may terminate services with written notice.
